Established in 1995, The Blue Butterfly is a local Icon in El Segundo, bringing the community together for over 20 years. People have meet their spouses here as well as developed lifelong friendships. It is a true Mom and Pop shop that has transitioned from a 90's coffee shop into a vibrant non pretentious 3rd wave(ish) coffee establishment.

They feature single origin coffees and crafted teas, along with amazing breakfast and lunch. It’s a place where you can grab an iced lavender matcha, a breakfast sandwich on a pretzel roll, six unique avocado toasts with black lava sea salt, or a delicious tri-tip sandwich.
